Founder & Visionary
Tercius Belfort Noëlsaint is a multifaceted educator, linguist, and author dedicated to bridging cultural and linguistic divides. As the founder of Fetlabel, Inc. and the Gospel GPS Group, he has spent over three decades fostering community connection and providing essential resources for the Haitian diaspora and beyond.
Tercius holds a Master of Education in Instructional Systems and Technology from the University of the Sacred Heart (San Juan, PR) and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico. His educational journey began in Haiti, where he attended the Nouveau Collège Moderne and the Juvénat College of the Sacred Heart.
His professional career is defined by a commitment to language and diplomacy:
University Faculty: Served as a Visiting Creole Instructor at Florida International University (FIU) and as a French and Creole Instructor at the University of Puerto Rico.
Diplomatic Service: Dedicated seven years to the Consulate General of Haiti in Puerto Rico (1996–2003).
International Educator: Taught at the Alliance Française in Ponce and several prestigious institutions in Haiti, including John XXIII College.
A tireless advocate for social progress, Tercius has held leadership and treasury roles in numerous NGOs, including FONDEMENT, INC., the Fundación Cívica Haitiano-Caribeña, and SCORE (Chapter 200) in San Juan. He continues his commitment to civic duty as a member of the Miami-Dade Elections Department team.
Tercius is a recognized authority in multilingual communication, fluent in Haitian Creole, French, Spanish, and English. He is a registered translator with the Puerto Rico Department of State and has authored several foundational works, including:
